25 ml a day, in the morning on an empty stomach
Ideally on waking, before breakfast. That's when absorption is most favourable.
Neat as a shot, or diluted
Drink it as is for speed, or dilute it in 200 ml of cool water or juice if you prefer.
Shake gently before each dose
Natural active ingredients can settle: a small shake is enough to distribute them well.
